Techtel at NAB Show 2026 with EVS

At the NAB Show 2026, EVS showcased its T-Motion brand, which integrates technologies from the acquisitions of Telemetrics and XD Motion. The exhibit highlighted a modular and diverse range of robotic camera systems and a new unified control platform.

Key Hardware and Robotic Systems

  • Integrated Floor System: Features a flat, walkable track that can be combined with various lift sizes.

  • Omniglide Pedestal: An omnidirectional, free-roaming pedestal available in both wired and wireless versions. It can be outfitted with different lift heights or a robotic jib, which serves as an alternative to manual jibs.

  • Modular Components: The systems are highly modular, allowing components like elevators and pan-and-tilt heads to be swapped between different bases, such as moving a telescope lift from an Omniglide to a ceiling mount or floor track.

  • Ceiling Track and PTZ Cameras: The display included ceiling track systems and a new EVS PTZ camera designed to bridge the price and performance gap between standard PTZ units and discrete professional head/camera/lens setups.

  • Xfly Cable Camera: A studio version of their stadium cable camera system was shown. For safety and redundancy, it utilizes a dual-rope system at each corner, totaling eight ropes.

  • Robotic Arm: A compact robotic arm suitable for small studios or mobile flight cases. It is designed for virtual and augmented reality applications and does not require counterweights.

Unified Control System

  • Coron Control System: EVS introduced the award-winning Coron system, developed to unify the control of all EVS robotic families (formerly three separate systems) into a single platform.
