Techtel is a well established supplier to the broadcast television, radio and telco markets.  We currently have sales positions opening in our Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland offices and our subsidiary in Singapore, TEN80 Broadcast.

If you are a motivated and dynamic hi-tech sales person and would like a career in broadcast television or telco markets, then we would like to hear from you.  This is a sales role in a hi-tech industry so a high degree of product knowledge, or an eagerness to learn is required.  It is expected that the right candidate will have some previous experience in the broadcast, AV or communications markets.

This customer facing role requires good interpersonal skills, a clear and concise communications style and proven ability to negotiate and close a deal.  As an Account Manager you will represent a broad range of equipment and services offered by the company including acquisition, production, playout and various infrastructure platforms.  An understanding of operational  television principles will be required together with a knowledge of HD/SDI, MPEG and DVB systems.

Operating on a base salary with a car allowance, and a generous commission structure without ceiling is paid.
